The hard work and dedication of a Crescent City student have put her in the running to receive thousands of dollars to help pay for college.
Mithila “Mia” Paul, a senior at Crescent City Junior-Senior High School and a Take Stock in Children mentee, is one of 12 Take Stock seniors in Florida to be considered for the Asofsky Foundation’s Leaders for Life (L4L) Fellowship. The fellowship would grant Paul up to $10,000 per year during college if she attends a four-year public university in Florida, according to Take Stock in Children, a mentorship program that supports low-income students in their quest to succeed in college and beyond.
Congratulations on all your hard work, Mia! Read more about this scholar’s accomplishments via Palatka Daily News.
